Welcome to my "Pre-K" class. It is my goal to prepare your child for the wonderful experiences to
come in their school days. We will begin to learn the numbers from 1-31
using the calendar and begin to learn how to write them from 0-10. Learning our colors, shapes, listening to stories both in the
class and during our visit to the library, are just a few of the thing that the children experience.
I have a wide variety of toys for them to use and enjoy during our center times. One of the centers that the
children visit regularly in our room is the computer center. I have the
privilege of teaching religion to our Pre-K class
and a chance to pass on to them the traditional Catholic prayers and stories from the gospel.
We will begin to teach the children basic Spanish. The afternoons are a continuation of morning
themes with food projects along with plenty of painting, music and just plain fun.
