Home and School Association Executive Board

 **  Glen Meldrum is looking for a replacement!

President - Presides at all meetings, generally supervises business of the Home and School Association

Vice-President - In the absence of the President, performs the duties of the President and will perform other duties as directed by the President.

Secretary - Completes records of all proceedings and correspondence of the Association and the Executive Board and performs other duties as may be delegated by the President.

Treasurer - Keeps an accurate record of the monies collected and spent by the Home and School Association.

Special Committees

Athletic Booster Committee - Raises funds to pay for all the needs of the extracurricular athletic programs at St. Mary’s, including all referees fees, league fees, uniforms, and equipment. Organizes extracurricular athletic programs.

Communication Committee - Develops newsletters, as well as public relations information as needed by the school after consultation with the principal.

Facilities Committee - Maintains a list of the physical plant needs of the school, assists in providing solutions for those needs and maintains a volunteer list of persons who can assist in minor repairs and improvements.

Hospitality Committee - Provides assistance to the school for luncheons, open houses and other such types of occasions. Plan social activities for the parents, staff, faculty, and administration.

Fundraising Committee - Organizes, reports, and raises funds for all school activities other than those related to the athletic program.

Volunteer Committee - Coordinates all volunteers at the school.
