JOHN THE APOSTLE

Nobody knows exactly when John the Apostle was born. His feast day is December 27th. John the Apostle lived in Galilee and Italy. He is the patron saint of authors, burns, editors, and art dealers. John drove out a demon that lived in a temple. He was captured by Romans and sent to prison. There he was poisoned, beaten and thrown into a pot of boiling oil. A magician said he made three people come back from the dead, but the three people were actually demons that tried to mimic people . John  through prayer made the magician drown and made the demons vanish. John lived from approximately 30-125 A.D.
